SERVICES

Personal Training

Individual PT sessions with a trainer or small group training sessions. Plans are personalised but include strength, cardio and the option to add boxing or kickboxing elements.

Nutrition

Exercise is just one part of a healthy lifestyle. I can help you set realistic targets and make good food choices in order to achieve your goals, whatever they are.

Training Plans

You don’t even need to be in Helensburgh - I design fitness plans and online workout programmes for you to use to reach your goals in your own time, but with support and accountability.

Combat sports

Boxing, taekwondo and kickboxing are a great way to get fit. We can focus your training on combat sports, or use elements of them to spice up your gym time.

Pre & Post Natal

If you’re pregnant or have had a baby, your fitness - and ‘you’ time - are incredibly important. I have the qualifications to make sure you’re training the right way.

New Trainees

I work with people at all fitness and experience levels - but I’m especially adept at helping people gain gym confidence. If you’re new to all this, I’m the trainer to help you.
