I'm Mary-Anne Cameron — a qualified personal trainer based in Helensburgh. I work with people at all fitness levels, in person and online, and I genuinely care about making exercise something you want to do rather than something you dread.

Personal Training
One-to-one sessions in Helensburgh and Dumbarton, built around your goals, your schedule and your starting point. Strength, cardio, mobility — or a mix of all three.
Nutrition
Practical guidance that works alongside your training. Not a rigid plan you'll abandon — just sensible, sustainable advice that actually fits your life.
Online Training
Not local? No problem! I design personalised programmes for clients across Scotland, with proper support and accountability built in — not just a spreadsheet and good luck.
Combat sports
Boxing, taekwondo and kickboxing — for fitness, for sport, or just to make cardio genuinely interesting. Coached by a Boxing Scotland coach and black belt in Taekwondo.
Pre & Post Natal
Qualified, appropriate training during and after pregnancy. Whether you're staying active through your bump or rebuilding strength after having a baby, we'll do it properly and at your pace.
New to the gym?
If you've never really done this before, or it's been a long time — I'm especially good at this bit. No judgement, no jargon, just a sensible place to start.
