I know my stuff. I’m an experienced, fully qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor. My qualifications include Level 3 Personal Training, Level 2 Fitness Instructing, and Level 3 Fitness Trainer for Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition. I’m also a spin instructor, Boxing Scotland coach, taekwondo and kickboxing coach. And I’m a black belt in Taekwondo.

I wasn’t always a trainer - it took my own fitness journey to get me into personal training. After my kids were born I was overweight and making all the excuses not to exercise. So I know exactly what it’s like. Together we’ll set realistic goals for your fitness and have a plan on how to get there. You’ll need to put in the work and be accountable, but I’ll support you every step of the way.

Everyone’s training goals are different. So, everyone’s workout plan should be different. My clients include people getting into fitness for the first time. Athletes supplementing their training with strength or cardio work. New mums getting back to the gym. And people with health challenges looking to be as strong and independent as they can be. No two people are the same, so no two exercise plans are the same.

When I first got into fitness, it took me a while to get into it. I did classes and started running because it was easier to manage, but it was only when I found something I really loved that it all clicked for me. Training and eating well then had a purpose, because they made me better, fitter, stronger - it was no longer something I ‘had’ to do. And that’s the key. Find your thing. Keep it interesting. Find your people. Then you’ll enjoy it. And I can help with that.

I work with a wide range of clients in Helensburgh and Glasgow, male and female. Some are new to training, others come from a combat sports background or are looking for additional training support. And most of what we do is resistance and weight training, or influenced by combat sports.
